Telecommunications network access code distribution mechanism having access code recovery unit communicating network and remote code loading distant operator systems with local network/local terminal distributing
The access code distribution mechanism has an access code recovery unit (7) in communication with a telecommunications network (5). There are a number of distant operator systems (6) for remote code loading. A local unit (10) communicates via the telecommunications network to a local distribution terminal network (3) to transmit the access codes to the local distribution terminal.
