Device for splitting pieces of wood in quarters with respect to the grain of the wood, e.g. for agricultural posts, includes square timber with device for displacing piece of wood through splitter via roller guide device
The device includes a piece of square-sawn timber (10) with a device (12), e.g. a motor and chain arrangement, for displacing a piece of wood (14) to be split. The piece of wood is displaced through a splitting device (16) having a die (41), while using a guide device (18) provided with rollers that are movable relative to each other.
