Assembly to aerate water has a vat, with paired disks at the entry and outlet, uses oxygen fed in under controlled pressures to ensure that the oxygen is dissolved without escaping as bubbles
The dissolution assembly has a vat (2) divided into a liquid entry section, a gas injection section, a mixture-dissolution section and an outflow section. The inflow (4) is connected to a feed pump. The inflow and the outflow (5) are secured to the ends of the vat by connection mountings (3,3'). A valve controls the liquid flow. A compartment (7) has a structure of multiple layers forming hexagonal grids in pairs of disks (6) at the front and rear (11,11'), with a number of openings, held in place by front and rear ring collars (12,12'). A pressure control valve is connected to a pressure gauge and a gas flow control valve is connected to the gas jet and a gas pressure gauge. A hollow zone (8) is between the leading (X) and trailing (Y) sections of the compartment.
