Humidor for long term storage of tobacco products, has a control computer that controls an air circulator to ensure the absolute humidity in the humidor is maintained at a set absolute value independent of ambient temperature
Humidor has a humidifying device (2) with a controlling computer (9) that controls a fan or air circulator (8) so that air is circulated over a moisture reservoir (4) in order to obtain a constant absolute humidity value within the humidor. The computer uses stored parameter values to convert relative humidity measurements into absolute values for use in maintaining a set humidity value. An independent claim is made for a humidifying device for a humidor.
