The sole has a flat sole part (3) with contoured foot bed surface, and two webs on the underside, which extend at an even distance to the sole edge and form a seam edge (6). A first peripheral web (4) extends to approx. the ball of the foot, and there is a second rear web (5). The section between the webs forms a pressure and bending-elastic sole part (7). Opposite cross parts (4a,5a) of the webs have a concave curvature opposite to each other. The height of the front web is unchanged at the sole tip to form a rolling curvature, and follows the curved form of the sole tip. The sole sections within the webs are structured.
