The swing balance training apparatus has a lower structure (10) with an upper side, two ends and a middle section, a rotary frame formation (20) rotatably connected with the lower structure. A rotatable frame is connected with the lower structure via a primary rotary pin and has an upper side, a middle section and two ends. Two cylinders are connected rotatably with the lower structure by two secondary rotary pins. Each cylinder (22) has a withdrawable piston rod connected rotatably with the ends of the frame. A board (30) is fixed to the upper side of the frame, to the two ends of which it is securely connected. It has an upper side and two ends.
