An electric drive (13) attached to a transversal bar (11) in the center of the support frame (10) acts on a cylinder and piston unit joined with its opposite end to a lifting frame (34) which is permanently fixed to the lower side of the belt carrying frame (30). Two pneumatically operated support struts (14) keep the device in a lifted position until the device is folded and two wheels (36) located at both lower corners of the lifting frame (34) are lowered to the floor.
