The tractor vehicle (1) has a dual axle trailer (2), a joint connection between the trailer and the tractor vehicle that can be coupled to or decoupled from the tractor vehicle in an easily released manner and a transition (10) between the trailer and the tractor vehicle that is enclosed by a bellows (11). The rear axle of the trailer is steerable and the demand for the steering angle is determined by the position of the linkage joint arms.
