A number of heat-exchange elements specifically designed as cooling fingers (34) extend from the concave or convex surface (321) of the cooler base (3) arranged below the tangential blower (2). The blower blades (21) collect the air for removal (34) on the base (3) by way of the cooling fingers and associated heat exchange. The heat-exchange elements can also be designed as cooling ribs, to the same effect.
