Method for measurement and analysis of natural and artificial atmospheric electromagnetic fields within the framework of sferics, atmospherics and technics (SAT) using antennae for detecting the fields and then subsequent spectral analysis. The measurements are used to predict deleterious biotropic and meteorotropic effects of organisms and to generate appropriate warnings or counter acting SAT fields.
