Flat foil packaging for packing products comprises a foil cut-out with two foil sides connected by side folds on their edge sides along a section, and a removal opening formed by folding back a foil section of the front side
Flat foil packaging comprises a foil cut-out with two foil sides (2, 2') connected by side folds (3) on their edge sides along a section, and a removal opening (4) formed by folding back a foil section (8) of the front side. The opening is delimited by inner surfaces of the front sides and inner surfaces of the side folds. A reinforcing frame (7) is fixed to the exposed inner surfaces to stabilize the opening. The foil sections of the front sides bordering the reinforcing frame are used as a cover for the opening. An independent claim is also included for a process for the production of a flat foil packaging. Preferred Features: The foil sections lying on both sides of the reinforcing frame have dimensions which correspond to the outer dimensions of the reinforcing frame so that the foil sections can be distributed by folding over each other on the frame.
