The control system has a central computer (ZE) containing a comparator (VE), a control signal generator (ASE) and an optimization circuit (OE). The control signal sensor transmits signals to a window switching circuit (SE). The window control mechanism includes systems for setting tilt angle (KW), setting of Venetian blind (VD), ventilator opening (Vent) and heating (H). The computer receives inputs from sensors outside and inside the building, including temperature (T), air movements (W), light intensity (L), and intensity of ambient noise (S).
