Leak detection arrangement with a sniff tester has a sensor with the bottle neck of a test gas reservoir for detecting the approach of a sniff probe and transmitting a corresponding signal to the leak tester control unit
Leak detection arrangement (14) for a sniff tester (1) with a sniff probe (8) and a control unit (6). The leak detection arrangement is equipped with a gas reservoir (31) and a bottle neck (33) from which during a calibration a defined test gas rate is output. A sensor (42) in the bottle neck detects the proximity of the sniff probe and transmits a corresponding signal to the control unit (6) of the leak tester.
