New 4-amino-3(5)-phenyl-1(2)H-pyrazole derivatives, useful as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals or their precursors, e.g. as antipyretic or antirheumatic agents
N,N-Disubstituted 4-amino-3(5)-phenyl-1(2)H-pyrazole derivatives (I) and (II) are new. Pyrazole derivatives of formulae (I) and (II) are new. [Image] R1H, halo, OMe, OEt, SMe, CF3, OCF3, OC2F5, aryl, NO2 or optionally substituted amino; N(R2)2disubstituted amino, e.g. NMe2, NEt2, morpholino, piperidino, pyrrolidino, thiomorpholino, N-benzyl-piperazino or N-methyl-piperazino; R3H, halo, COOH, carboxylate, carboxylic ester, carboxamide, CN, substituted carbonyl or an acceptor group; R4H, acyl or optionally substituted alkyl. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (I). ACTIVITY : Antipyretic; antirheumatic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given in the source material.
