The primers have the base sequences 5'-GCACAGCCGGAACCTATTAT-3' (P1), 5'-CCTTACGCGCAACGATATGG-3' (P2) or a part of these sequences containing at least 16 nucleotides, or longer sequences that contain the base sequences.
