Gas and chemical-tight laminate, used for making protective clothing and material for medical purposes, comprising coextrusion film of polyether urethane layer and polyester urethane layer on a textile support
In a gas-tight, chemical-tight laminate consisting of a gas-tight, soft-elastic film resistant to acids, alkalis and most organic solvents on a textile support of synthetic or natural fibers, the film is made from at least 2 barrier layers, consisting of structurally different polymers of the same basic polymer and is a coextrusion film of a polyether urethane layer and a polyester urethane layer. Independent claims are also included for methods of producing the laminate.
