The crude oil or gas feed connection for the seabed has a cylindrical core (1K) with an external thermal insulation (2). On the inner face of the core is a second insulation layer (3) directly in contact with it and in which a latent heat storage phase change material (5) is contained. The exterior core insulation layer (2) can be a porous silicate derivative.
