Safety method for protecting automatic machine danger area with scene analysis of different images of danger area via 2 different analysis algorithms for reliable detection of foreign object in danger area
The safety method has images of the danger area (58) adjacent the automatic machine (60) recorded via at least 2 cameras which are offset from one another, the obtained images subjected to 3-dimensional scene analysis using 2 different analysis algorithms, for detection of a foreign object within the danger area, allowing the latter to be made safe. An Independent claim for a safety device for protecting a danger area of an automatic machine is also included.
