The hot air dryer has a narrow slot (1) along the length of a tubular heat insulated (8) housing in which air in the inner chamber (4) is fed through slits (5) into the outer chamber (2) and heated by heated elements (7) and discharged through the slit. The dryer can be swung about an axis (10).
