Test bar or test sample clamping arrangement for clamping bars that are used in material testing, whereby the ends of the bar are held in matching relief shapes for the bar ends that are formed from two interlocking halves
Clamping tool for sample test bars that have ends with a predefined shape. The ends of the test bar are held in the clamping tool in a matching negative shape that is made up of two halves (7, 8) for clamping the bar ends. The two halves are clamped towards each other using an activation and locking arrangement and moved apart using the same arrangement when a test bar is to be released. The two halves of the clamping arrangement are mechanically interlocked in the clamping position.
