The rifle sling is provided by a belt having an arm loop (1) at one end and a second end (2) attached to the rifle, with a linkage (3,4) between the ends provided by a roller (3) rotating within a forked element (12) and a pin (4) extending through an opening in the roller and prevented from dropping out of the latter, e.g. by a threaded nut (5).
