A radio communication system air interface theoretical state occurrence probability estimation (KALK) procedure models air interface status using three groups of process variables, for characteristics, errors and measured status, in a Bayesian network with probabilities set from causal relations between data transmission and air interface parameters using data entered in a databank (DB) using a graphical user interface (GUI1, 3) and graphical display (GUI2) and verification (GUI3) of the model. Includes Independent claims for equipment and computer programs using the procedure.
