FIELD: medicine, clinical pharmacology, biochemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the developed method for prognostication of effectiveness of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors that involves determination of blood serum concentration of diene conjugates. Method involves additional determination of the parent indices of heart state in patient: systolic arterial pressure, final systolic volume, final diastolic volume of left ventricle and these indices are determined during carrying out the orthostatic test. Patient is examined on orthotable with shifting the orthotable head end up by 60o and kept in this position for 10 min. On 5-th min of orthostatic position heart state indices are determined in the patient again followed by calculations of the venous reflux coefficient (KVR) is measured by the formula and coefficient of vascular response (Kvr) also. The favorable result for effectiveness in using preparations of the group of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors is determined at value KVR from 0.7 to 0.95 and value Kvr from 0.8 to 0.95, and the concentration of diene conjugates less 10 mcM/ml. Method provides assay of quantitative evaluation of individual sensitivity of patient to preparations of the group of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.;EFFECT: improved method for prognostication.;2 ex
