摘要

FIELD: organic chemistry, steroids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conjugate of [19-nor-17α-ethynyl-17β-hydroxy- pregna-1,3,5(10)-triene-3-yl] -oxyacetic acid with bovine serum albumin of the general formula (I) 17α- wherein n = 9-21 prepared by treatment of ethynylestradiol with bromoacetic acid ethyl ester in the presence of alkali and conversion of [19-nor-17β-ethynyl-17α--hydroxy-pregna-1,3,5(10)-triene-3-yk]-oxyacetic acid to the mixed anhydride using isobutylchlorocarbonate and the following amidation of bovine serum albumin with indicated anhydride. Conjugate shows specificity and sensitivity for immunochemical method for determination of ethynylestradiol (I) in physiological fluids and tissues of animals. EFFECT: improved determination method.
