The subject innovation relates to a reinforcement device of the structure capable of introducing a prestress (prestress) using tendons, such as PS in the liner lower portion of the structure such as a concrete beam, the steel beam and slab. Structure reinforcing device using the multidirectional peuriseuteuresing of the subject innovation is entered in the direction in which the reinforcing these correspond to each other and the two fixation (fixation) member are spaced apart from each other to install the required intervals, both ends of the PS liner and PS wire wound to the fixing member and it comprises a wire fixed member for applying the tension to the liner PS and the fixing member is formed on the position fixing groove on the outer surface which is a steel wire wound around the PS.
