LOTTERY BUSINESS SYSTEM USING A PERSONAL TERMINAL IN A WIRED/WIRELESS NETWORK AND AN OPERATING METHOD THEREOF, ENABLING SECURENESS OF DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS WHILE REALIZING INVESTMENT EFFICIENCY BY OCCUPYING AN IP TECHNOLOGY
PURPOSE: A lottery business system using a personal terminal in a wired/wireless network and an operating method thereof are provided to purchase a lottery ticket by accessing a lottery management system via a wired/wireless network with a mobile communication terminal, and to confirm a winning result, thereby obtaining domestic/international competitiveness while increasing investment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A communication module(170) transceives information with a personal terminal under control of a controller(140). An authentication module(160) authenticates a member when the member wants to purchase a lottery ticket through the personal terminal, and stores information on the authenticated member. An accounting module(150) demands payment for the lottery ticket, and settles accounts of the payment. A DB(130) comprises as follows. A customer management DB(131) stores the information on the authenticated member. A winning number DB(132) stores a winning number drawn by the controller(140). An accounting DB(136) stores information on an amount of money used for purchasing the lottery ticket. The controller(140) supplies analysis information, and generates a lottery ticket number.
