PURPOSE: A method for servicing an image loan using an unmanned information terminal is provided to enable a client to receive a lending service directly at anyplace regardless of company by connecting to a main computer system of a financial company through a private line and connecting to an image center of the financial company through a fire wall on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A client selects and informs a financial company for a lending, and request a consultation for the lending to a loan service server from an unmanned information terminal mounted in public facilities or various kinds of stores. The consultation-requested information is transmitted to the financial company. An image center of the financial company transmits counselor information to the unmanned information terminal. If a wanted counselor is selected, the image center connects a corresponding counselor terminal to the unmanned information terminal. The image center requests an input of loan related personal information and account information of the client. If the required information is inputted through the unmanned information terminal, the information is transmitted to a main computer system of the financial company through a private line. A load possibility is judged and an available loaned amount of money is calculated based on the inputted information. The judgement and the calculation are transmitted to the image center for making the client and the counselor share the same information on a screen. If a specific amount of loaned money is requested from the unmanned information terminal, the main computer system transmits a loan processing result with respect to the corresponding information to the unmanned information terminal. The transmitted loan processing result is printed and issued to the client. In addition, loaned money is transferred to the client account, and the printed result is transmitted to the unmanned information terminal for checking the depositing of the loaned money.
