PURPOSE: To provide a sheet having an electromagnetic shielding effect, which comprises a fabric layer having an electromagnetic shielding effect between thermoplastic resin sheets, and a method for manufacturing thereof. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing sheet consisting of an upper paper layer, a lower paper layer and a fabric layer between the upper and lower paper layer, the upper and lower paper layers being made of a thermoplastic resin, the fabric layer being woven by a metal-coated fiber, comprises the steps of (a) coating an adhesive by using a roll coater on the lower paper layer; (b) passing the adhesive coated lower paper layer through a dryer to form an adhesive layer; (c) putting the fabric layer on the adhesive layer and then compressing it by using a steel roll to attach the lower paper layer to the fabric layer; (d) coating an adhesive by using a roll coater on the fabric layer; (e) passing the adhesive coated fabric layer through a drier to form an adhesive layer; and (f) putting the upper paper layer on the adhesive layer of the step (e) and the compressing it by using a steel roll to attach the upper paper layer to the lower paper layer and the fabric layer attached layer.
