PURPOSE: The system for educating children by an internet multimedia and a method for operating the same are provided to enable the children to have intellect ability on appointed things by a playing program of an interactive form using the internet. CONSTITUTION: A file server(16) has image files, multimedia contents files, shopping mall data files and other files. A DB saver(24) has index information on various files, member's private information, and community menu information. A web server(12) supplies a home page to connect a user's PC(30,32) to the file server or the DB server and various directories. A messenger server(14) supports message sending and receiving among members by an internet connection through the web server or a browser. A contents developing/manufacturing system(20) develops and manufactures a multimedia educating program of an interactive type for educating children. A managing system(10) updates contents files of the DB server and manages member's using information on web interactive multimedia contents and issuing coupons. A publishing system(22) publishes a book(26) as a sub-teaching material for educating children through the internet based on an interactive multimedia program.
