PURPOSE: A procurement managing method integrally processing a cost calculation procedure and a bidding procedure by linking with a procurement agency through the Internet is provided to enhance business/management efficiency and clarity by processing a cost calculation business caused from procurement proposals individually performed by the procurement agency as the standardized integrated information. CONSTITUTION: After selecting one cost calculating program, the procurement agency presents a calculated cost data file in a file format according to a compatibility standard of the procurement agency. An integrated cost calculation system and an integrated bidding system of the procurement agency process the presented cost data file and interchanges data with a G2B(Government to Business) server. The G2B server transmits particulars written by the integrated cost calculation system and bidding particulars writing software to a bidder client through the Internet, and receives the written particulars from the bidder client through the Internet.
