PURPOSE: Provided is a health food composition for regulating the weight and improving arthralgia after giving birth. It comprises antioxidation components, inorganic material and vitamins and thus minimizes adverse effect of low caloric diet after giving birth. CONSTITUTION: A health food composition comprises 30-50 wt.% of soybean protein powder, 6-12 wt.% of pumpkin extract powder, 3-8 wt.% of job's tear powder, 3-8 wt.% of unpolished embryo powder, 1-5 wt.% of Coriolus versicolor powder, 1-5 wt.% of Polyporus umbellatus (Pers.) fries extract powder, 2-6 wt.% of Atractylodes japonica(Koidz) Kitag extract powder, 1-5 wt.% of Plantago asiatica powder, 8-12 wt.% of dried yeast, 8-12 wt.% of soybean extract powder as main ingredients.
