PURPOSE: An ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) method and system is provided to directly correspond to a quality and productivity prime cost to yield and productivity so that it can enhance the productivity and the yield. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of registering daily reports(610, 615) and analyzing efficiency indexes(620). The daily reports are generated based on a quality management(600) and a production management(605), and stored at a database. The daily reports are classified into a work daily report and an inspection daily report. The work daily report includes a work date, a worker, a work order number, a work time, a quantity of good products, a delay status, a self inspection status and others. The inspection daily report includes an inspection date, an inspector, an inspection order number, an inspection time, round inspection status, an outside inspection status and others. The efficiency indexes are analyzed based on the data registered at the daily reports. The analysis of the efficiency indexes can be performed with respect to a process, an equipment, a product, a lot and a work order. The efficiency indexes can be classified into the operating ratio, the efficiency, the productivity, the yield and others.
