The method for production of egg containing anti-E.coli IgY, anti-Salmonella enteritidis IgY, anti-Salmonella typhimurium IgY and anti-TGEV IgY simultaneously, and egg amp; yolk thereof and swine feed mixed multi-IgY
PURPOSE: Provided is a process of preparing an egg, egg yolk and feed containing immunoglobulins against E.coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV) causing diarrhea of piglets. Because the immunoglobulins prevent diarrhea, particularly in piglets after birth or in the weaning period, feed containing the immunoglobulins can reduce death and growth retardation thereof. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion solution in which an antigen against E.coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and TGEV is emulsified in aluminium hydroxide is inoculated into chickens one time. An emulsion solution in which the antigen is emulsified in an emulsion aid(ISA25) is inoculated into chickens two times. And then an emulsion solution in which the antigen is emulsified in an emulsion aid(ISA25) is inoculated into grown laying hens two times. The feed contains egg, egg yolk containing immunoglobulins, and immunoglobulins.
