PURPOSE: Provided are a device for purifying rainfall runoff, which removes contaminants from the rainfall runoff by a dual purification method of a precipitation function and a filtering function, intensively purifies an initial rainfall runoff containing many contaminants with discharging continuous rainfall runoff almost not containing the contaminants as it is and prevents overload when discharging the rainfall runoff due to severe rain storm, and a module for purifying the rainfall runoff used therefor. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a sewage disposal tank main body(10) where a receiving space is formed, a rainfall runoff inlet(11) perforated on the upper wall or the side wall of the sewage disposal tank main body, a purifying module replacing port(16) perforated on the upper wall of the sewage disposal tank main body, a lid(14) mounted to open and close the purifying module replacing port, an initial rainfall runoff precipitating part(20) formed by the upper side space of the bottom of the sewage tank main body adjacent to the rainfall runoff inlet, a rainfall runoff purifying module(100) consisting of a partitioning wall spatially separating the initial rain fall precipitating part, a supporting wall contacting to the inner wall of the sewage disposal tank main body, a bottom plate closing the lower end opening part of the partitioning wall and the supporting wall, a purifying cartridge mounting part formed by an inner wall formed by being spaced apart from the partitioning wall to the opposite side of the rainfall runoff inlet and the inside space of the supporting wall, a module lid mounted to open and close the upper side opening part of the purifying cartridge mounting part, an initial rainfall runoff purifying cartridge inflow path (A) formed by the space between the purifying cartridge mounting part and the bottom plate, a continuous rainfall runoff overflow guiding part protruded from the partitioning wall to the rainfall runoff inlet and an initial rainfall runoff purifying cartridge guiding flow path (B) formed by the space between the partitioning wall and the inner wall, a purifying cartridge attachably and detachably mounted to the purifying cartridge mounting part and a purified water outlet(12) perforated on one side wall of the sewage disposal tank main body.
