The present invention relates to ethylene copolymers having improved mechanical properties at high temperatures,;(a) from 30 to 70 mol% and ethylene;;(b) 30 to 70 mole percent of a fluorinated unit selected from tetrafluoroethylene, chlorotrifluoroethylene, or mixtures thereof; And;(c) R F is perfluoroalkyl having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; Wherein X 1 and X 2 are the same or different from each other, -F or -CF 3 , and Z is selected from -F, -H, -Cl, wherein the fluorodioxole has the following formula (a) and (b) in an amount of 0.1 to 10 mol% based on the total amount.
