Purpose: a kind of method, gifted student and its systematic implementation are made to indicate using implicit gifted theoretical installation at the gifted people to various fields for identification. Construction: a gifted identification model is developed by a result of analysis talent's investigation (101). One gifted group selection process will carry out one gifted student group of selection, by the result that gifted identification model is applied to talent's investigation (102).
