PURPOSE: A compressive transmission device of random digital data and a device thereof are provided to expand a transmission capacity of an existing network by n(n=2,4,8,16) times without changing the network by compressing and restoring data. CONSTITUTION: A compressive transmission portion comprises as follows. Plural signal processors(103,115) extract payloads from original data inputted by being converted in digital data type after being transmitted by plural physical layer protocols(123,125,129,133). Plural elastic storages(105) synchronize the extracted plural payloads with one clock, and output the synchronized payloads. A data array and address generator(107) sequentially arrays the synchronized payloads, and generates lockup table addresses. A data compressor(109) generates compressed data. A compressive receiving portion comprises as follows. A transmission packet detector and analyzer(121) detects and analyzes the compressed data. A data restorer(119) restores the plural lockup table addresses. A data array and arranger(117) separates the original data to array the separated data.
