POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION FOR FORMING BOTTOM IMPACT SOUND SCREENING STRUCTURE OF MULTIFAMILY HOUSING AND FORMATION METHOD OF BOTTOM IMPACT SOUND SCREENING STRUCTURE USING THE COMPOSITION
PURPOSE: A liquid polyurethane composition for forming the bottom impact sound screening structure of multifamily housing and a method for forming the bottom impact sound screening structure by using the composition are provided, to improve the screening effect of bottom impact sound and allow the heat to be transmitted from a heating pipe to a surface finishing material with small temperature difference. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane composition comprises a first composition comprising 20-30 wt% of dioctyl phthalate as a plasticizer, 3-5 wt% of methylethylketone as a solvent, 10-20 wt% of calcium carbonate having an average diameter of 5-10 micrometers and the balance of a common polyurethane polymer whose free NCO group content is controlled to be 5-10 %; and a second composition comprising 30-40 wt% of a dioctyl phthalate, 5-10 wt% of ethylene oxide, 10-20 wt% of water and the balance of calcium carbonate having an average diameter of 5-10 micrometers, in the ratio of 2-3 : 1 by weight. Preferably the calcium carbonate contained in the first composition is coated with an aliphatic carboxylic acid of C6 or more or its ester.
