PURPOSE: An apple corer as an instrument for continuously removing seeds from apples is provided. It easily removes seeds of apples while remaining the edible portion of apples and increases a working speed. CONSTITUTION: The apple corer comprises: a seed removing knife(11); a manual operation handle(16) attached with a handle fixing device(17) and a hinge fixing device for hingedly fixing a seed removing knife operating rod(12); the seed removing knife operating rod for engaging the seed removing knife operating rod with the operation handle; an operating rod guide(13) for guiding the engagement of seed removing knife operating rod with the handle; and a guide support(14) for supporting the operating rod guide; a fixing plate(15) for supporting the guide support.
