PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus for breeding flies, a large-scale breeding system of diptera parasitoids, a container of releasing the diptera parasitoids and a method for controlling flies, to enable a great amount of diptera parasitoids to be bred in a simplified manner while treating organic wastes in high efficiency, and to control flies in an environmentally friendly manner without doing damage to the human or animals. CONSTITUTION: The large-scale breeding system of diptera parasitoids comprises a fly breeding chamber(100) for breeding imagoes of house flies to collect fly eggs; a fly breeding chamber(200) for breeding fly imagoes by injecting organic wastes into the fly imagoes; a fly larva separation chamber(300) for separating decomposed products from the fly larvae; and a diptera parasitoid breeding chamber(400) having a plurality of exposure boxes(60) for cultivating diptera parasitoids using the separated fly larvae, and a mounting frame(220).
