PURPOSE: A payment specification managing method and system is provided to classify card approval specifications by using unique data of a card processing terminal and to offer card usage assessment data to a card user over a network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Card approval specifications are classified by using unique data of a card processing terminal or other preset items(230). Card usage assessment data are generated by referring to the classified card approval specifications(240). The generated card usage assessment data are stored in link with user data, and are transmitted to the user over a wired or wireless network(250).
