PURPOSE: A method for using a cellular communication standard by a mobile cellular communication device for exchanging network management information by a network infrastructure device is provided to allow service providers to enhance efficiency of management of a wireless network infrastructure according to a popular favor of mobile phones and multimedia devices and competition for subscribers. CONSTITUTION: A unit(100) includes a mobile cellular communication device(106). A communication network(108) and an external network(120). The mobile cellular communication device(106) includes a user interface allowing a cellular user(109) to manage one or more network infrastructure devices of a communication network(108). Parts of the communication network(108) cooperates to provide a communication path with respect to information exchanged between the mobile cellular communication device(106) and the network infrastructure device of the communication network(108). The communication network(108) provides one or more services to the cellular user(109) of the mobile cellular communication device(106). The external network(120) provides contents with respect to services provided to the mobile cellular communication device(106) by being connected with a commonly switched phone network(158) for voice paging or the Internet(160) for WWW(World Wide Web) browsing.
