PURPOSE: An ad-hoc combined wireless mobile terminal device is provided to perform communication by using a common ad-hoc protocol, and to extract exact position information of the terminal device from a beacon signal received from a neighboring mobile terminal device or a GPS communication signal, thereby enabling a vertical handoff and an effective routing between different kinds of wireless mobile communication networks. CONSTITUTION: A beacon processor(16) senses other mobile terminal device or an access node positioned within an ad-hoc frequency range in order to form an ad-hoc network. A routing processor(14) prepares a self routing table according to routing information received from the other mobile terminal device or the access node, and transmits the routing table to the other mobile terminal device or the access node. A data processor(12) generates and processes data according to an ad-hoc protocol including the routing information. A communication network determiner(20) perceives a usable communication network, and determines the communication network to be used. An ad-hoc communication portion(26) supports ad-hoc communication between at least more than two plural different communication networks.
