PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nano-composite carbon fiber by electrospinning method and a method for manufacturing electrodes for electric double layer supper capacitor are provided to manufacture nano-composite carbon fiber by dispersing uniformly carbon nano-tubes and nano-particles inside fibers having a nanometer size. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano-composite fiber is manufactured by dispersing carbon nano-tube, carbon black, nano-particle into a fiber forming polymer solution and applying a high voltage to it. The diameter of the carbon nano-tube is 0.4nm-200nm single-walled or multi-walled carbon nano-tube is used. The size of the carbon black and nano-particle is less than 100nm. The content of the carbon nano-tube or nano-particle is 0.1-50wt%.
