PURPOSE: A position information guiding and tracking system, and a method therefor are provided to build a GPS receiver in a bidirectional wireless communication terminal and a CDMA wireless communication terminal, to track position information of a user having the wireless communication terminal, thereby guiding the position information in text type or voice type. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication terminal(100) transmits a self ID and a position signal to a position information fixing device(200) as soon as the terminal(100) is powered on. The self ID and the position signal are decoded, and are transmitted to a user as a voice. The terminal(100) receives information transmitted from a GPS satellite(400), and transmits a user position to a position information guide device(300). The position information fixing device(200) stores a local ID and a position signal of a corresponding area as a voice signal, and transmits a self ID and a position signal as a voice signal to the terminal(100). The position information guide device(300) performs a user authentication, receives a signal transmitted from the GPS satellite(400), and perceives a user's position in real time.
