PURPOSE: A paper guide of an electrophotographic image forming system is provided to uniformly transfer heat to printing paper to prevent stripes from being generated on a fixed image. CONSTITUTION: A paper guide(100) of an electrophotographic image forming system includes a guide member, a plurality of guide ribs(103), and a shielding piece(105). The guide member guides printing paper to a fixing unit(110). The guide ribs are formed on the guide member such that the printing paper does not contact with the guide member. The shielding piece is formed at the front end of the guide member, which faces the fixing unit, such that the space between neighboring guide ribs is isolated from the space where the fixing unit is placed.
