PURPOSE: A wind power and flowing liquid power electricity generating system is provided to use irregular motions of all kinds of fluids as energy for generating electricity, and realize combined electric generators, thereby increasing quantity and time of generating electricity without polluting environment. CONSTITUTION: A flowing liquid power inducing apparatus(1) induces a flow of the wind into a drum fan(7) regardless of directions of the wind to act the wind as force necessary for rotating the drum fan, while flowing out disturbing force and receiving much absolute quantity of the wind for rotation. The flowing liquid power inducing apparatus is relatively larger than the drum fan to generate electricity even if mean speed is low. A cross section of a fluid port(6) is narrowly formed to speed up the wind to rotate the drum fan. A plurality of electric generators(20,20') capable of merging flows of different type of fluids are selectively used to generate electricity.
