PURPOSE: A method for setting a shortcut key of identification numbers is provided to simply dial the telephone number without several key operations when a user uses an international telephone, and use a telephone call at a low cost by storing an identification number of a special category telecommunications operator. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal displays an identification number input picture to input an identification number(S300). According as the identification number is inputted on the identification number input picture, the mobile communication terminal displays a shortcut number input picture to input a shortcut number to be used as a shortcut key to the inputted identification number(S310). According as the shortcut number is inputted on the shortcut number input picture, the mobile communication terminal provides a selection picture to select and designate a call command, and stores set information according to selection of the call command(S320). According as a telephone number of a receiving side is inputted and the shortcut key is selected to input the identification number, the mobile communication terminal confirms whether a call command is set to enable a telephone call if a figure key button corresponding to the selected shortcut key is selected(S330). If so, the mobile communication terminal dials the inputted telephone number(S340).
