PURPOSE: A method for the market construction, an AD(ADvertisement), the moving investment, and the management using the Internet is provided to make a member secure the direct purchase, a team member AD, the support for a sub structure of a team member, and the market on the Internet by constructing a database dividing all regions into each market area through the Internet virtual space. CONSTITUTION: When the member collects a horizontal member, the member selects/registers the collected member becoming the sub structure of the member within a limit contracted with a businessman by consigning a service. The member security for the horizontal members and the vertical members is adjusted depending on a local situation.
