摘要

PURPOSE: A device for planning low earth orbit-satellite command, a method therefor and a low earth orbit-satellite control system including a low earth orbit-satellite command planning device are provided to automate a process of performing a command plan that changes a satellite schedule planned from the earth into a remote command, thereby preventing a wrong operation of a satellite owing to a control system operator's mistake. CONSTITUTION: When plural satellite schedules are inputted(S201), a satellite sequentially transmits the satellite schedules to a mapping rule applier. The mapping rule applier compares the transmitted satellite schedules with predetermined all mapping rules(S202). If one of the mapping rules satisfies conditions of the satellite schedules, the satellite generates a satellite command set defined by the corresponding mapping rule(S204). The satellite generates a preliminary satellite command plan based on the generated satellite command set(S205). Satellite command indicators are automatically inserted(S206), and a final command plan is produced(S207).
